| “When the dairy and Tewkesbury were flooded, Mark got the milk to our village. Whatever the weather, he’s our unseen hero who lives up to his round number – 007!”

| "We have always received excellent service from our milkman, Paul. When we awoke to heavy snow this morning, we certainly did not expect him to turn up - our lane was covered in snow and ice and not many vehicles seemed able to get through. However, this afternoon Paul did indeed turn up, cheerful as ever, explaining that he had tried to get through earlier in the day to no avail, but had tried again when the snow had cleared a bit as he didn't want to let his customers down. I would like you to be aware of the wonderful service Paul provides for us his customers, so much so that there is no way that we would be tempted to buy our milk elsewhere. We are so grateful for the service that Paul, and yourselves provide for us and long may it continue."

"I would like you to know how much I appreciate our milkman getting through with the milk this morning. It was outside the door at six o'clock when I got up. We live down a long drive in West Malvern and there is a lot of snow and it is slippery. In addition he must have walked down in the dark!"

"We are extremely grateful that our milkman was able to deliver our milk today. We can't imagine how he manages to do this, however over the years, he has never once let us down!"

| “I just wanted to send an email to show my appreciation for managing to deliver milk to us in Apperley today. (Snowy weather). Your efforts are very much appreciated."

| “I would like to thank your milkman Steven, who has been delivering to Countrwide Farmers in Defford, Worcs this week. Despite the weather he managed to get a delivery to us on Wednesday and again today even though he got stuck on the lanes near our sitein the ice and snow. On speaking to Steven today he told me he will give us an extra delivery over the weekend as our Transport Department are working and we are likely to run out of milk. I feel that it should be acknowledged that Steven has offered us first class service in difficult weather conditions and I would therefore like to pass on our thanks."
