Testimonials
"Blend Coffee Shop has been open for one year and what a year it has been! I started out with no knowledge of the industry but with your help and guidance I have managed to get the right balance of top quality, locally produced goods. Thank you for your continued support and flexibility."
Tina Mitchell, Blend, Cheltenham
"We have been customers of Cotteswold Dairy ever since you took over the rounds in this part of Cheltenham from the then Gloucestershire Dairy, which was a few decades ago. We never see our roundsman Paul because he comes so early in the morning, but he never lets us down, even in bad weather. We are great believers in doorstep delivery and are very grateful that there are firms such as yours who are still able to maintain it."
Mr. Lyall, Cheltenham
"He is courteous and has been obliging at every request made. Even during the Winter and the floods the faultless delivery arrived with great efficiency."
Mrs. W. in Alderton
"When the dairy and Tewkesbury were flooded, Mark got the milk to our village. Whatever the weather, he's our unseen hero who lives up to his round number - 007!"
Mrs. B. in West Malvern
"She gives us the best possible start to the day - milk and the paper, well before breakfast, with the utmost reliability"
Mr & Mrs Lawrence
"We have always received excellent service from our milkman, Paul. When we awoke to heavy snow this morning, we certainly did not expect him to turn up - our lane was covered in snow and ice and not many vehicles seemed able to get through. However, this afternoon, Paul did indeed turn up, cheerful as ever, explaining that he had tried to get through earlier in the day to no avail, but had tried again when the snow had cleared a bit as he didn't wnt to let his customers down. I would like you to be aware of the wonderful service Paul provides doe us his customers, so much so that there is no way that we would be tempted to buy our milk elsewhere. We are so grateful for the service that Paul, and yourselves provide for us and long may it continue."
Mrs. J. Latter
"I would like you yo know how much I appreciate our milkman getting through with the milk this morning. It was outside the door at six o'clock when I got up. We live down a long drive in West Malvern and there is a lot of snow and it is slippery. In addition he must have walked down in the dark!"
D. Morgan, Malvern
"We are extremely grateful that our milkman was able to deliver our milk today. We can't imagine how we manages to do this, however over the years, he has never once let us down!"
Mrs. H, Colwall
"I just wanted to send an email to show my appreciation for managing to deliver milk to us in Apperley today. (Snowy weather). Your efforts are very much appreciated."
Mrs. Evans, Apperley
"I would like to thank your milkman Steven, who has been delivering to Countrywide Farmers in Defford, Worcestershire this week. Despite the weather he managed to get a delivery to us on Wednesday and again today, even though he got stuck on the lanes near our site in the ice and snow. On speaking to Steven today he told me he will give us an extra delivery over the weekend as our Transport Department are working and we are likely to run out of milk. I feel that it should be acknowledged that Steven has offered us first class service in difficult weather conditions and I would therefore like to pass on our thanks."
Countrywide Farmers
"I's just like to say a very BIG thank you for getting a delivery to us on Wednesday 6th January - the snow stopped everyone else from getting into Stow but our order was waiting in the hallway as usual. Amazing service!"
Mr. Williams, YHA
"Since changing over to you to supply the milk and bread, we have not had one complaint, even through the changeover period. Our girls in the office here say the company are a pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend your company to any one else who are thinking of changing over to you."
