Fred began his career within the dairy industry at the tender age of 9 when he helped a local milkman on his round!  He then went on to have his own round for 12 years from the age of 20 and has worked for Cotteswold ever since.  Running the Tewkesbury Depot is a tough job, but Fred’s experience of operating a round has given him the business tools he needs to be successful and he has a great team to help him as well.  Fred believes in only supplying the highest quality products to his customers and in providing them with a quality service at the same time.

Eugene has worked within the Dairy Industry since 1973 and has a vast amount of doorstep experience. He started his career on the rounds in Cheltenham and since 2005 he has been a valued member of staff at Cotteswold Dairy. He splits his time between our Tewkesbury and Cheltenham Depots, assisting the Depot Managers in the day to day running of things and also involves himself with our Health & Safety department as a staff representative. Eugene follows our company ethos of putting the customer first and adds to this his own personal values of never putting off until tomorrow what can be done today.

Jo has worked for Cotteswold Dairy as the Administration Clerk for 4 years and brings 8 years of customer service to her demanding role.  She is extremely polite and helpful, both with her customers and with other members of staff and nothing seems to be too much trouble.  Her job involves stock control, raising invoices, taking payments and dealing with phone calls and queries from our customers.  Jo believes in putting the customer first and foremost at all times and can often be found staying late to make sure the job is done!
