Mark has worked on the sales side of the dairy industry for the past 18 years and joined Cotteswold in 2004 as Commercial Manager. His role is quite diverse and includes managing the administration staff, running the Retail and Catering department, looking after existing wholesale customers and generating new business.
Mark is an ex-rugby player, having played for Bath, Coventry and Worcester rugby clubs as well as representing England at Under 18 & 21 level.
He is a larger than life character who believes that when it comes to taking care of a customer, you can never do too much and that it is important to treat others as you would like to be treated.

Tony originates from Staffordshire and started his career in agriculture in 1970. As well as practical dairy farming experience, he completed 3 years at agricultural college before joining the Milk Marketing Board in 1973 as a Bulk Development Adviser on the churn conversion scheme, followed by some quite diverse roles within the MMB. With the demise of the MMB, he subsequently transferred to Milk Marque for the duration of its time and then moved into Zenith which was the northern co-operative before the amalgamation into Dairy Farmers of Britain.
Most recently, he worked for Dairy UK as Regional Services Manager, which primarily involved supporting the business needs of its members, before taking his present position as Sales Manager.
His job entails generating new business and Tony believes we must always look after customers and keep them fully informed, ensuring a long term working relationship - they always say customers make pay days possible!
