The milk used to make Dragon Cheese is sourced from Red Tractor Assured Farms that work to conserve the Welsh Country side. The cows on these farms graze on lush grass and enjoy some of the most spectacular views that Wales has to offer – including the Llŷn Peninsula and Snowdonia National Park!
