Cotteswold Welsh milk, formerly known as "Dragon" is sourced from Welsh family farms that practice traditional farming methods. The cows on these farms, like our conventional farms, have the freedom to graze and enjoy the lush green pasture during the warmer months of the year, which is typically between April to October. When housed, the farmers have invested a significant amount of resources to ensure the cows have the highest standards of comfort and also have the freedom to express natural behaviours.  All our Welsh farmers are Red Tractor assured and comply with industry standards for animal health and welfare.
