I have been with Cotteswold Dairy since 2016 and in that time I have been given multiple opportunities to grow and develop within the business, I was promoted to North Wales Depot Manager in 2020 and my learning experience is far from over.
There is so much emphasis placed on training and development, I am so proud to be a part of a team that is so invested in and appreciated. I am encouraged to be the best version of myself and inspire belief in those around me.
We have two Depots- Conwy and Anglesey situated along the beautiful coastline of North Wales which makes the delivery routes quite impressive!
Every day is different, some days can be challenging but it is so inspiring to see a group of individuals pull together as a team to work to resolutions. The good days far outweigh the challenging ones and there is a real sense of community throughout, whether it is just ‘day-to-day’ in the depots providing the highest quality to every customer, team building nights to laugh, be together and share experiences or being in our local community where we have litter picked and even took Santa and his elves to visit the school children just before Christmas!
Never have I met people as passionate as those who are part of Team Cotteswold and it is an honour to be a part of it!
