Savoury Biscuits

Cooking time: 15 minutes +  30 minutes chilled time


·         100g Plain flour

·         100g Netherend Salted Butter

·         50g Dragon Vintage Cheddar cheese grated

·         50g parmesan cheese grated

·         0.5 tsp mustard powder


·         3 spring onions finely chopped ·         3tsp chopped fresh Thyme (use any herb you like) ·         1tsp sundried tomato paste

·         Pinch of paprika


  1. Measure the flour, butter and cheese and add to a food processor, add the mustard, and your flavour of choice.

  2. Blitz until it comes together.

  3. Roll dough into a cylindrical shape, wrap in cling film and chill for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Once chilled, slice into discs about the thickness of a £1 coin.

  5. Bake in the oven at 140 on a tray lined with paper for 10 minutes.
